Absolutely horrible. Top to bottom. Desperate to leave.

Pros

The pay check doesn't bounce. The building location is nice. Some nice coworkers. You can move up quickly because everyone ahead of you quits.

Cons

Besides the fact all out benefits have deteriorated, this place is hell. The turnover is rampant and management is doing nothing about it. The company treats both their employees and their customers like crap. Morale is rock bottom. Everyone is either looking to leave, or can't for whatever reason.

Pros

Got to work from home, benefits were ok and that's the extent of all I can say nice about the place.

Cons

Pay was so low you broke the bank using those benefits. Trying to advance was almost frowned upon. Horrible management. No communication from them and yet they expect you to know how well you are doing.
