Colleagues are welcoming, outgoing, and more than happy to help solve any problems that arise.

Cons

Depending on the department, not much of a team environment.

Bad place to be in sales

Pros

There is no positives to working here as a sales person outside spending time in sunny Scottsdale during the winter.

Cons

The old management regime was the absolute worst, I doubt the new leadership team is any better especially with the old CFO still there. On top of that, software is inferior compared to the its competitors and the only reason analyst like Gartner provides positive feedback is the amount of money AFS spends with them.
