Pros

The greatest part of working for AFS Technologies is the Senior Leadership. They tell you directly what they want from each employee and where they are going. It gives me a huge sense of pride to work for a company that sees my potential and values my input. My manager wants to see me succeed and I learn something daily to make me better.

Cons

With change, comes great opportunity for success. The fundamentals to achieve great things are being built and patience is the biggest obstacle.

Pros

You'll get paid on time. That's the only pro.

Cons

You'll be told lots of lies to get you in the door. Boss was a chain smoker who was far from professional. Limited training before you are launched into a terribly large amount of responsibility. The old boy network runs the ship in Dallas. Tales of non-truth are told about every single employee. It's an unkind environment. Management takes no responsibility to document anything or properly train.
