Pros

Phoenix office has a great outdoor setting to take a break to enjoy the weather, look at the water, ducks and geese, and ponder why this company sucks so bad.

Cons

Newer CEO and private equity are better than former regime which were worst of the worst. That 'leadership' ruined every company they acquired in the last several years. The new team makes an effort, but they will never fix this place. This company is going nowhere and is an employer of last resort.

Pros

Able to advance if you are willing to put in the work required. The company has a main location in Tampa Florida and is located close to the airport.

Cons

Upper management is more interested in saving labor dollars than giving the customer the service that is being paid for. Constant layoffs while the company is prospering is demoralizing to the personnel left to do the work of more than one person. Constant threat of being out sourced and laid off is not a good atmosphere to work in. Outsourcing mapping to India where the food is not even remotely the same was/is resulting in massive errors in billing and reporting.
