      AHF is great for career growth and opportunities, wonderful staff and benefits.

      Cons

      Can be very fast paced, but that is expected in a Non-profit focused on public health and advocacy.

      Good cause and frontline workers that are in it for the right reasons

      Cons

      Too much to fit in small paragraph. Most toxic and retaliatory work environment I have yet to witness in my long career. Poor leaders that don't inspire and don't have the tools to elevate and motivate teams. Outdated fear tactics and targeting behavior by upper pharmacy leadership. This goes unchecked by HR and Exs. Vicious cycle of hiring talent, unsupportive leaders, targeting, and ultimate firing with HR leading the way. If you have any choice...run fast.

As AHF celebrates a major milestone—providing HIV care to over 2.5 million people globally—I’m reminded of the impact we can have when we work together toward a common goal.
