      changing priorities too much out of town interference

      Good local managers and upper leadership on hand. Staff feels supported locally but difficult to keep morale high when out of town leadership interferes

      Cons

      AHF has changed over time and the focus is shifting to reports and away from patient focus. Senior leadership is no longer in touch with what is happening onsite. Salary does not match workload. Very little opportunity for promotion, advancement or increased pay
