      Low wages, but they spend lavishly on their office building. They terminated a contractor for getting pregnant.

      Pros

      They do care a lot about the patients, they offer free testing and care to patients with HIV not only in the US but Globally. Advocacy is their main priority.

      Cons

      As you can see all the Pros are strictly related to the patients, all the while employees struggle with the political nature of the company, they don't really appreciate the employees and they don't develop internally for growth, most of the promotions are friends of friends or if management "likes" you.
