      1. You see the impact of the team in real time. 2. The people you work with are usually there because they want to make a difference and that makes the tough days easier. 3. You're on the right side of history. 4. Being in community in partnership with other organizations is rewarding and causes you to feel connected to the work. 5. I can't speak for other supervisors, but I loved my direct bosses throughout the years I was there.

      Cons

      1. Silos can create unnecessary competition and a disconnect that made it difficult to work at times. 2. In community, AHF isn't always loved. You have to have thick skin internally and externally as a result. 3. Burnout is real and prevalent.
