      Very unprofessional ,While managers often emphasize teamwork and collective effort, there have been instances where individual contributions—particularly those demonstrating strong initiative and expertise—are not adequately acknowledged. Instead, recognition tends to be disproportionately attributed to leadership, which can inadvertently overlook the efforts of the individuals who significantly contributed to the success of the work. Very resistant to change. Money mismanagement
