Positive changes are always being made to our wellness program as our Associate's wellness is always top of mind. To start the year off strong in 2023, we introduced 7 Wellness days throughout the year, these are 7 additional paid days off for all Associates to refresh, recharge and spend it however they choose! We value and recognize the importance of helping our Associates grow and feel challenged in their everyday work.
