Upper management does not walk the talk, they want to be a Top Employer of Choice yet they don't care about their employees nor invest the time and money in elevating their engagement. Their contact centre is like a maquiladora factory. Sell, sell, sell,wow the Collector with amazing Customer Service but there is no flight availability, the wait times to get to am Agent is ridiculously long and abusive and the taxes charged for a flight are outrageous. Yet Agents are expected to excel their KPO's and have high Customer Sarisfaction results when the company makes Collectors wait longer than 30 minutes.
