      Pros

      Team and management are extremely friendly and always are willing to help you. The interview was very relaxed, no pressure. The manager really made you feel comfortable. The questions asked were typical interview Qs and mostly based on your prior experience.

      Cons

      There are limited room for growth within a team; however you do get an opportunity to learn different areas. This role involves a good understanding of travel industry and lingo. There are a lot of systems that you would have to learn that are heavily based on knowing travel industry.

      good effort to build culture private gym for employees subsidized bistro for employees career pathway assistance to help build your career

      good effort on paper for career pathways, but doesn't actually result in real changes for most people pay bump with title bump is only 2%, creates minimal motivation to strive for excellence Current sponsors in program are lack-lustre "dog eat dog" mentality in marketing- many women fighting for same role, work etc. not a supportive environment, many personality clashes which hold back people that have been at the company for many years. toxic environment

      Very deceptive senior leadership team Very political environment Job does not match interview discussion US associates rarely promoted unless they are already senior leadership or friends with senior leadership Advancement based on affiliation vs performance Career dead-end
