We highly value the work that our Sustainability team puts in everyday into making AIR MILES an environmentally friendly place to work, that gives back to the communities that we live and operate in. We're grateful that our employees are able to see the direct impact of this team’s contributions. It is our priority to continue making AIR MILES an increasingly flexible place to work. In the past few years, we’ve introduced a remote first approach to working for the entire company. In an effort to promote increased work life balance for our Frontline Associates, our Customer Care team moved to a work from home environment in 2019, even preceding the pandemic. These Flexible Work Arrangements require a foundation of trust for our employees and we will continue to provide the appropriate training for our managers to foster an effective environment of flexibility, trust and accountability. We take our Associates input very seriously. Through regular surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions, AIR MILES Associates have helped inform the decisions made around our Future of Work vision, as well as the recent additions to our range of benefits and incentives. We are always exploring ways to evolve the ways in which we recognize and reward Associates and will continue to not only leverage our existing platforms to allow everyone to have their say, but to also consider new ways to solicit feedback to drive continuous improvements. I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility that our remote-first work model provides Associates with, and the full complement of perks and benefits that we offer. I appreciate your perspective on our call center. The frontline Ambassadors in our Customer Care department are champions of our brand and offer support to our Collectors through various channels. While there may be a large number of calls coming in at times, we also have Chat, Social Media and Chatbot options to leverage and provide to collectors to ensure that they are directed to the best and most efficient channels to resolve their issues.
