Thanks for the feedback. We work hard to maintain our culture of teamwork, collaboration, and support. Underpinning this culture are initiatives that recognize wins, promote Associate growth and champion our entrepreneurial spirit. I believe that these initiatives are a major contributing factor to the “good vibes” you felt during your time at AIR MILES. We are going through an exciting business transformation at AIR MILES, which I know can mean a heavier workload at times across many departments and functions. We have put a lot of thought into creating a range of offerings to help support our associates in striking as much balance between work and life as possible.
