If you haven’t done so already, I would encourage you to discuss your development goals and aspirations with your leader. You can do so by scheduling a 1-in-90 conversation, or a skip-level conversation with your Manager Once Removed (MoR) to get their perspective on career progression as well as training and development opportunities.
