I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying our culture and our range of benefits, which we have recently expanded on to provide Associates with new and improved offerings that will allow for even more work-life balance, more support for a focus on mental and physical health and wellness, and more access to rewards to Associates as AIR MILES Onyx collectors. Our Executive Leadership Team saw several new additions in 2022 and early in 2023. These leaders are experts in their fields and are proven change agents. With a complete EC now in place, we are positioned to start the new year off with a strong strategic plan to execute on, with clear focus areas and priorities. This plan has been shared with all Associates, and they will be provided with visibility into how the work on our priorities is progressing throughout the year to ensure alignment at all levels. We are also introducing a new goal setting framework, moving from annual goal setting to quarterly. With these steps taken, my hope is that Associates feel more personally connected to our strategic priorities this year, and that they feel empowered and supported in owning their roles in ensuring the organization’s success.       A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Perks and benefits are modern, competitive, and fair. The culture, overall, is positive and the people are great. It’s a “work hard, play hard” kind of vibe. Opportunities for advancement within the organization are encouraged by Leadership, when available.

      Cons

      The company itself is going through a challenging period. Leadership could be more transparent and consistent with communication. Resources on some teams are slim and some associates feel they are overworked.

AIR MILES is going through an exciting transformation as we take steps to progress and revitalize our business model and team structure in support of maximizing the value of our Program for our Partners and our Collectors. We do our best to keep a focus on establishing effective Change Management practices and communication plans to keep our Associates informed and feeling positive about the direction that we’re going in, and to continuously enhance our approach to working through these changes.
