Thanks for your review! We’ve received a lot of positive feedback on flexible work arrangements, which allows Associates to choose where they do their best work. I’m so glad you’re enjoying this perk. I also hope you’re able to enjoy our other benefits that promote work-life balance, such as Summer Hours, Loyalty Days, Sabbatical and our new extra-long weekends during the summer months where we shut down office operations to give Associate’s an extra day off before the long weekend.
