Thank you for your review! I’m so glad that you are enjoying the range of perks and benefits that we offer our Associates. Our future of work vision, which is rooted in a permanent flexible working model, was created in recognition of the importance of allowing Associates to choose where they do their best work and was based on feedback collected directly from our Associates. We maintain an office in Toronto as our headquarters, but do not mandate a minimum number of days in the office. To support our Associates with our new future of work vision, we have recently introduced a new Remote Work Stipend benefit and continue to review our benefits regularly to ensure that they are relevant and valuable to all Associates. I appreciate your feedback regarding the time it takes to see action and results on certain initiatives. We are focused on continuously evolving our approach to innovation and speed to market and have introduced Agile Marketing teams as a result. We recently tested a new offer, AIR MILES Max Pass, which went from idea to in-market in record speed, and we are committed to continuing to test and learn from new ideas more quickly. Much thanks, Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture

Pros

- Great office space - People are generally friendly and nice

Cons

- Too many new associates with a loss of knowledge. No one knows the internal processes anymore and there is too much burden on the existing associates to train and share knowledge with everyone across the organization - Overworked - Very demanding from management team - A company that is acting like a non-profit organization - our share price is so low yet they spend money on free lunches for associates and make donations to charities

Thank you for sharing your feedback! I often hear that AIR MILES is made up of friendly people, and I could not agree more. I’m glad that this has been your experience through your tenure with the company. AIR MILES has been through a lot of change as we transform to become a more digitally savvy organization and as such, there are a lot of new team members. I’m sorry to hear that this has created a loss of knowledge and burden for you. I encourage you to have an open conversation with your Leader about how you’re feeling and what support you need to ensure you have the resources and tools needed to do your job effectively. You mentioned the free lunches we offer to Toronto Associates, and the donations we make. Providing perks to our Associates and giving back to our community is an important part of our culture at AIR MILES. We believe Associates are our greatest asset and we are always looking at new and unique ways to reward them. Further, we take pride in offering Associates several ways to give back to communities and charities that they are passionate about, and many take advantage of our programs such as Dollars for Doers, Donation Matching and Volunteer Paid time off as a way to give back in the most meaningful way for them. These are just a few of the programs we believe help make AIR MILES a great place to work. We hope you’ve had the opportunity to check them out. Thanks again, Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture

Thank you for your review! I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at AIR MILES and so many of our perks- from our award-winning culture, which is enabled by our Leadership teams, to our focus on providing a robust offering of learning and development resources, and career opportunities for our Associates. Through our Flexible Work Arrangements, Summer Hours Program, Summer Fun Days, paid vacation time and Wellness Days, we have endeavoured to create a range of opportunities for our Associates to achieve as much harmony and balance between work and personal life as possible. We understand that it can be a challenge to take advantage of these offerings at certain times, but we encourage our Associates to work with their Leaders to ensure that they receive the necessary support to achieve optimal balance. All the best, Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture
