Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits, good communication from Executive level, good sense of direction. Lots of smart people, leader in it's market. Did i mention great benefits?
Cons
The pay was a little lower than usual because of all of the benifits that were being offered at the company. There were too many old-timers at the company who grew with the company, but when the company wanted to proceed in a new direction it was hard to get those people on board. In the department I was working in there is a big rift between some of the key teams, which makes it extremely hard to get things done.
