Thanks for the review and for your contribution to the company for over five years. Our Associates certainly are kind and considerate – I’m so glad that was your experience as well and that you also enjoyed our work-life balance, annual performance bonus and other benefits. We take pride in offering these to our Associates. I’m sorry you feel the way you do about career development at AIR MILES. Developing our talent and providing opportunity for growth is important to us. We place a huge emphasis on internal development and always look to hire from within whenever possible. Last year we filled 60% of our positions with internal hires and promotions in an effort to help Associates advance their careers- a metric we’re really proud of. We also have a couple of important programs in place where Leaders carve out time dedicated toward performance and development conversations with their team such as 1-in-90s and Manager Once Removed conversations. Indeed, AIR MILES is going through profound change. We have a new executive team, strategy and overall structure and while these changes can be unsettling, I’m personally excited to see where they will take us and hope that our Associates are too. We’re embarking on a new chapter in the AIR MILES story but will always hold true to our values of accountability, transparency, collaboration and trust. I wish you all the best. I’m sorry to read of your experience at AIR MILES. I’d love to address what we are doing to avoid this situation for future Associates. We encourage a culture that is safe and inclusive and for all Associates to share their ideas, opinions, and feedback. I am sorry that you experienced situations where this was not the case. Being in a Customer Care role, calls are often monitored to provide Associates with coaching, training, and feedback to help them provide the best Collector experience possible, while equipping agents with the tools and knowledge to answer the many different types of questions Collectors ask. One of our corporate Values is that “we own our successes and our misses.” I would encourage any Associate that has feedback and would like to see things done differently to speak with their Leader about it directly. Another priority of ours is work-life balance and mental health – we encourage Associates to use the tools that we provide to help them feel their best at work. All our Associates have access to the entire Headspace library, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy via BEACON and our flexible benefit program. Our hope is that these benefits in combination with a permanent work from home set-up for Customer Care Associates allows them the opportunity to prioritize health and wellness as much as possible. Thank you for your review. Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture

Thank you for your feedback, and your six years at AIR MILES. It’s great to see that you enjoyed so many of our perks during your tenure with us– from our culture, wellness offerings, flexible work environment and our collaborative office space. We take great pride in these elements of our workplace. AIR MILES strives for a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust. I am sorry to hear this was not your experience. We have implemented tools, resources, and measurements such as our semi-annual Leadership Effectiveness Survey to better understand our areas of opportunities with respect to culture and leadership. We turn feedback from these surveys into action plans to improve the Associate experience. Work-life balance is top of mind for our Associates, and we do our best to offer as much balance as possible through our Summer Hours Program, Summer Fun Days, paid vacation time, Wellness Days and our free Headspace offering to all Associates. We understand it can be hard to take advantage of these offerings at times, but encourage our Associates to work with their Leader to ensure work-life balance is a top priority. Finally, we continue to prioritize internal mobility as an organization by proactively sharing available opportunities with Associates before we recruit externally. In 2021, almost half of our job vacancies were filled by internal transfers and promotions. We’ve also launched a new career-leveling framework this year that provides more opportunities to grow as an individual contributor or as a people leader and provided learning and development opportunities to support career growth. I wish you all the best in your future endeavours! Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture
