      They were bought out by a bigger company and fired a lot of good people to match a new headcount.

      Thank you for your review. Let me be clear that we have not been bought out or sold. On October 13, 2021, it was announced that the LoyaltyOne segment of Alliance Data Systems (ADS), which includes AIR MILES, would become its own independent publicly traded company called, Loyalty Ventures Inc. This is not a buy-out but rather a spin-off. This has been in the works for some time and will finally come to fruition on November 8, 2021.       Overall a decent culture, nice perks and benefits, fun employee events, bonus air miles program is nice

      Management teams lack experience, direction. New opportunities are not posted, just offered to whomever management feels suitable.
