Thanks for your perspective! Many of our current and past Associates value our work-life balance and flexible work arrangements; we’re glad you do as well- it’s something we’re very proud of. Our tech stack is something else we’ve invested in heavily over the past few years as we’ve seen our digital transformation come to life. We still have some work to do in this area, but I think the advancements we’ve made, paired with our new strategy, will set us up well for success. To your point, AIR MILES has undergone a lot of change recently. While I understand that some of these changes are tough, they also present opportunities. We are tackling new business challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit that encourages and enables Associates to bring their ideas to life. I wish you best of luck in the future. Pros

- Extremely chill atmosphere - Low bar for creative excellence - Opportunity to travel for work - Excellent people (pleb employees, not the execs) - Excellent culture - Excellent benefits

Cons

- Extremely chill atmosphere - Low bar for creative excellence - Zero opportunity for career advancement (in creative marketing, at least) - Outdated, disorganized, rapidly declining company with no vision for the future - Frequent "reorgs" and routine layoffs - Dusty executives who for reasons unknown refuse to take much-needed risks and make progressive changes that would I dunno maybe make the program somewhat competitive in the loyalty space again? - Disengaged American corporate overlords

Pros

- Great office space - People are generally friendly and nice

Cons

- Too many new associates with a loss of knowledge. No one knows the internal processes anymore and there is too much burden on the existing associates to train and share knowledge with everyone across the organization - Overworked - Very demanding from management team - A company that is acting like a non-profit organization - our share price is so low yet they spend money on free lunches for associates and make donations to charities

Thank you for sharing your feedback! I often hear that AIR MILES is made up of friendly people, and I could not agree more. I’m glad that this has been your experience through your tenure with the company. AIR MILES has been through a lot of change as we transform to become a more digitally savvy organization and as such, there are a lot of new team members. I’m sorry to hear that this has created a loss of knowledge and burden for you. I encourage you to have an open conversation with your Leader about how you’re feeling and what support you need to ensure you have the resources and tools needed to do your job effectively. You mentioned the free lunches we offer to Toronto Associates, and the donations we make. Providing perks to our Associates and giving back to our community is an important part of our culture at AIR MILES. We believe Associates are our greatest asset and we are always looking at new and unique ways to reward them. Further, we take pride in offering Associates several ways to give back to communities and charities that they are passionate about, and many take advantage of our programs such as Dollars for Doers, Donation Matching and Volunteer Paid time off as a way to give back in the most meaningful way for them. These are just a few of the programs we believe help make AIR MILES a great place to work. We hope you’ve had the opportunity to check them out. Thanks again, Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture
