Thank you for sharing your feedback! I often hear that AIR MILES is made up of friendly people, and I could not agree more. I’m glad that this has been your experience through your tenure with the company. AIR MILES has been through a lot of change as we transform to become a more digitally savvy organization and as such, there are a lot of new team members. I’m sorry to hear that this has created a loss of knowledge and burden for you. I encourage you to have an open conversation with your Leader about how you’re feeling and what support you need to ensure you have the resources and tools needed to do your job effectively. You mentioned the free lunches we offer to Toronto Associates, and the donations we make. Providing perks to our Associates and giving back to our community is an important part of our culture at AIR MILES. We believe Associates are our greatest asset and we are always looking at new and unique ways to reward them. Further, we take pride in offering Associates several ways to give back to communities and charities that they are passionate about, and many take advantage of our programs such as Dollars for Doers, Donation Matching and Volunteer Paid time off as a way to give back in the most meaningful way for them.
