      Pros

      The pay is above average for this area. The company is making money which makes it pretty laid back usually. Everyone I work with seems nice.

      Cons

      They make up positions for friends/family of upper management and promote people with NO proven experience.

      Maybe the pay, but that's all I can think of.

      Cons

      If you're salary and they are done with you they will rail road you out the door. They will terminate you. The termination can be wrongful in your eyes but not illegal according to the laws. They do what they can to go o the fence when discharging someone and know enough to not cross that fence so you have no recourse against unjust discharge
