Pros
We got a 9000$ bonus. The work is easy and management is great. The work schedule is awesome, you can actually get another job while you work there with the 4 on/4 off schedule. they have cookouts all the time at work. It is pretty cool.
Cons
The old timers in the Union are a real problem. You can't believe what some people complain about and try to get away with. The bosses try to deal with them some of the time.
