Pros

Money is good for the area. This is the only thing good about this place and with the oil and gas boom in area it's best to stay away I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy

Cons

Management treat workers poorly at best.dose not honor contract with union long hours in horrible working conditions very high risk health and safety forced to work with junk equipment in unsafe environment getting worse by the day management says workers are nothing more than dumb inbred hillbillies

None. Leadership and management are terrible ....no respect shown for employees. Long hours and hostile work environment

Cons

High turn over, management treats employees poorly, any reason people work there is because there are not many other jobs in Cambridge. Long shifts. Long hours. The current plant manager is arrogant and inconsiderate.
