Cons

False narrative that everyone is a team. work place violence and problem employees are overlooked by upper management.

I have worked at this company for a few years. We mainly do IFTs. This company will help get your feet wet in the field of EMS. You learn to talk to patients, Nurses and Firefighters. 90% of the employees here and just padding the time until they get hired by the Fire Dept.

Cons

Some of the employees can be unprofessional and selfish. I would say there are more good people there though than bad. Some paramedics can be disrespectful to there emts.
