Flexible Hours with many options of types of shifts, Great Job, More Pt Contacts than youll get with any other company, Plenty of Overtime Available, Direct Contact and time with Fire Departments

Cons

Low Pay (unfortunate common problem in most private ambulance companies) better than most others though, Management does not seem to care for employees much (I feel very disposable), Not many opportunities for internal vertical career movement

Helping others. The people are great.

Cons

The PT's and The personell do not matter. Its about the Money. The education is terrible and upper management has their hands in the $$. Its hard to pay the bills with the Pay and Job you do. always late to scheduled calls.
