Many of the previous reviews are from an earlier "stage" of the company. Still, some of the comments are valid. There are various instabilities in planning, sometimes things feel undercapitalized, and yes it is an older product. I was frustrated by the inefficiency too, but I suggested and implemented improvements and found management was very happy to support me. There's a lot of history and things were done a certain way in the past, but that doesn't mean management wants to continue doing it that way. They are strongly invested in improvement and breaking from past mistakes. To me, most of the criticisms I see here are people whining about wanting things to be a certain way. This place simply won't work for the type of person who wants a perfect workplace and to be told exactly what to do. It's a great company for someone who's flexible, willing to learn, and wants to actively engage with projects. Management knows things aren't perfect and the past is holding us back. They want people who will take responsibility to make improvements so we can move forward.
