      good company great people atmosphere is laid back but about business allowing you to get your job done

      Cons

      pay could be better , but ill give it a year and see where we are at.

      Pros

      Good benefits, steady (though some seasonal) work, good co-workers, most willing to go the extra mile to help each other out.

      Cons

      could improve on cross-department communications to keep everyone informed. Corporate management often puts so much administrative duties on the managers, they aren't able to properly "manage" their people. Feel too much time spent "documenting" instead of "doing". Not that documenting isn't important, but shouldn't be to the extent it hinders work getting done. Not very strong Employee Recognition Not much room for advancement unless you are willing to relocate.
