      Pros

      I have been with this company for almost four years and they never cease to amaze me. During the pandemic the company gave out hero pay to the front line workers, TWICE. As as tech you have an uncapped earning potential year round. Work doesn't so slow up in the winter time because of the company's partnership with Home Depot. The company donates to St.Jude, holds charity events and even gives out free HVAC units and water heaters to those in need. I have enjoyed every second of my career with ARS and I'm excited to see the continued growth of the company.

      They give a company truck

      Cons

      70 hour work weeks. They expect you to work on holidays. Not great leads. You spend most of your time running trade show leads. The managers are not good at training. The reason the Sales Manager is so bad at training is due to the fact that the manager has never been an in-home salesperson. Would you ever hire a golf instructor who has never played a round of golf?
