Pros

The good thing about Ars is that you can make a lot of money. They are also pretty flexible about their schedules, so if you need to leave early or something they will usually work with you. It can be a pretty friendly work environment as long as you stay away from the gossip and drama.

Cons

I'd have to say the worse thing that is very well known about Ars is that they will work you like a dog. I have been there a really long time so it doesn't really bother me as much now, but I see a lot of people come and go because of the hours. Having a family can be difficult so be forewarned. One of my biggest pet pives is the dispatch. They talk to/treat the techs like crap and think they are the tech's bosses.

Pros

The hours are very flexible & the pay is great. You have the opportunity to get commission every week plus a bonus every month. We get paid every week.

Cons

We work on Saturday & Sunday. It is a high turnover job plus high pressure to get leads. The management don't really tell you when you get sales plus the commission went from 10% to 1%. The managers will lie to you to get you to do what they want. Not a stable job. Could be fired any day for not getting leads. The job entails that you work in the home depot store & generate leads by walking up to home depot customers & offering services from a script. If you can't take rejection then you will struggle. Not much room for advancement.
