      There are no pro's to this job. unless you like being overworked and poor pay.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this place. salary isn't fair, their is no professionalism, the call Center manger doesn't talk with you , she yells and creams and uses inappropriate language. Their is nothing but drama 24/7.

      Pros

      We have good pay and health plan and good equipment. It is more professional than the last two places I worked. I think there are a lot of opportunities at a bigger place like this than smaller places I have seen.

      Cons

      I think communication between some of our managers could be better during the week but it is not bad. The just get busy and dont always organize the best. I also think for the size ARS is that we could have more retirement benefits.

      Due to previous management, the pay is good.

      Current management is terrible. They micro-manage everyone. They are only worried about "Metric" counts and care nothing about the people who work for them.
