      Large company with set company policy, nice work environment,

      Cons

      Chicago branch policy needs work. During summer - policy is to focus on equipment change-outs that is what they do best. But even when their slow in the summer which happened often, they would walk away from a labor intense project, keep everyone working and help a customer because management wanted to just replace equipment.

      There is nothing good to say about this company. This company has no redeeming qualities. You would be better served going to a local plumber or AC contractor.

      Cons

      Worked as a lead generator. They pretty much hire people off the street to talk folks into getting a furnace or Air conditioning cleaning, but their real goal is to get someone in there to try to sell an overpriced new system. Generally most lead generators last only a few weeks. I lasted a bit longer, but even I got fed up with what I increasingly saw as unethical trade practices.

      Pros

      If you have the gift of gab/sales, a positive attitude and actively keep your behavior acceptable upbeat charismatic in a social setting and are a generally confident person especially with new unknown people all the time this job is for you. The upper management are all incredible people, wonderful teachers, are very friendly and will do everything in there power to make you succeed in your job role. This company starts you off with a higher pay than most and will keep giving opportunity for advancement as long as you prove your ability to get the job done right the first time and keep a strong steady pace. They like to promote from within and let people flourish. Acquiring this job was the best thing that has happened to me . This company is honest, quality, and only gives and deals with the best. Every day I learn something new and am looking forward to a long future with this company.

      Cons

      Dealing with people saying no. But this is with any sales job. And like any sales job having winning behaviors and keeping your identity and your job role separate and at a ten on a 1-10 scale. You will be absolutely fine. This job is a breeze it's fun and it's fulfilling at the end of the day you feel like you did good for the world around you . Which is a great feeling
