      Pros

      endless overtime they like to promote from within 10 hr shifts 4 days on 3 days off so you can work an extra day and still get two days off

      Cons

      the company doesn't care about you as a person. i watched a woman be verbally abused by a racist on the phone (she was spanish and had a very soft accent) and when she hung up on him for using racial slurs at her she was written up and told she wasn't allowed to hang up on customers no matter what. They were paying her $14/hr
