I have been working for this company for like 6 years but i always say 4 years since the pandemic was like a fever dream. Each year the company has gotten worse. There is so much i want to say but I'll keep it short, and you decide what you want to do. This company has so many shady business practices. They have the absolute worst communication skills when it comes to customers and employees. I always have to wonder if I am getting all of my money because they don't close out the leads correctly. They have constant changes that never work. They are doing a major change now that has me on here looking for my next job. They have overpriced ac estimates, and they were recently about to get shut down because of their shading practices with customers. It's so insane that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I would never recommend this job to anyone. Also, the pay has decreased a lot. And that only scratches the surface.

No benefits, no job security, delays in decision making, inconsistencies and poor judgment at times.
