Pros

Somewhat decent pay. If you like to sit in the office all day and make cold calls and harass people then this is the place for you.

Cons

You are recorded on every call. The training is mediocre and you are required to work overtime with no extra pay.

Not a good experience

Pros

They give a company truck

Cons

70 hour work weeks. They expect you to work on holidays. Not great leads. You spend most of your time running trade show leads. The managers are not good at training. The reason the Sales Manager is so bad at training is due to the fact that the manager has never been an in-home salesperson. Would you ever hire a golf instructor who has never played a round of golf?

Pros

Flexible weekday schedule and okay pay if you work at least 30+ hours.

Cons

Need to work both days of the weekend, can’t have off. Schedule fluctuates depending on how you sell. Fluctuating pay.
