      Pros

      Some of the employees are really great people, and take pride in their work.

      Cons

      Management would refer to people by their race, weight, or some form of nickname associated with a person’s perceived appearance or personality. The complete lack of accountability for management is unfathomable, and they are losing good people all the time.
