      you can make a lot of money, if you know how to sell stuff or are ok with swindling people

      Cons

      management prefers "techs" that are good at sales or swindling, they give them preferential treatment. If you are an actual technician and are trying to help people without just ripping them off you will be stuck going on warranty calls to fix the swindlers mistakes for peanuts.

      They expect you make sales on air conditioning units. The pay is okay. The commission is low. People walk away from you.
