      Your earnings are determined by your contribution, so you control your growth. The job is never boring, always a new challenge. Management is good and they give you regular reviews of your performance.

      Pros

      It’s a job. If you’re in to this sort of thing then there’s plenty of room for growth. Transferring to another location is also an option.

      Cons

      Managers tend to use shame and force to drive their numbers. Sexist, racist undertones. Some managers are more vocal about their opinions than others but HR doesn’t seem to care much.

      Good pay, flexible schedule, great health benefits

      Cons

      Very much a "good ol' boy" system here. They do not follow protocol and do not value their employment as they should. Your efforts and hard work do not matter. It all depends on who the GM is as he/she can make it an awesome experience or a nightmare. Little to no training and then expected to produce miracles with no resources.
