The worst customer service I ever seen. Management is hardly ever in the office to handle a complaint from a customer. They actually don't care about the customer. They only thing they care about is SALES! PERIOD! Forget about repairing units. Just SELL! That's their attitude. Customer service is completely out the window. Not only that they don't value employees either! They will lay you off with absolutely no warning at all. Walk in one day and they tell you your job and benefits are over. Probably knowing well in advance what will happen but refuse to tell you. Absolutely heartless company

Pros

Coworkers are good to work with and the team of managers is better than other places I have worked. They have a really solid approach to pay so we have ability to earn good money. The benefits are not bad either.

Cons

Retirement match is not the best. Company car is hard to get because of back orders and delays. Some favortism but that is normal anywhere to a point.

Can't think of any. I spent my entire adult life with this company and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with the Founder and Executive Team.

Plenty of freedom with time and decision making. Company vehicle with gas card. Benefits after 90 days. Leads based selling.

This industry can be very similar to roofing, car, solar sales.
