Pros
My position was perfectly matched for a self-starter and growth potential. ASME had an altruistic beginning which proved the organization's longevity and growth to globalization. They offer diverse products, support environmental situations, and provide public safety.
Cons
Whilst the organization is currently focused on updating the society, they are by-passing quality for quantity, and disregarding the voice of the customer. The society also needs to seriously provide valuable benefits for the younger engineers and global communities for future sustainability
