      Pros

      Quite diverse in terms of people. The company itself is awesome as they set the code and standards for everything.

      Cons

      Extremely clickish. Don't expect to get a promotion if you aren't hanging with the "IN" crowd. People power trip base on title, position and salary.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance, lots of opportunities to travel throughout the country (and some times internationally), easy going work environment. Great pension & retirement plan.

      Cons

      Very slow organization in every aspect including making necessary management changes and implementing IT updates to essential, proprietary software used every day. HR does not listen to employee needs and doesn't apply changes from the feedback they do solicit and receive. Compensation is subpar and pay raises barely keep up with inflation (and at times haven't).
