Pros

Benefits - fantastic, flexible hours, time for life outside of work.

Cons

Unclear direction, top-heavy, lack of leadership, individual-first environment, lack of communication, no accountability, bullying style, unqualified people in positions by default.

Pros

They say a lot of good words about trying to do the right thing by their people, and they seem to want to do that, but...

Cons

They can't get out of their own way with their inability to change how they do things, which is bloated and slow and bureaucratic for no good reason. They add process for the sake of adding process. They try to change their business model, but it takes them multiple years to devise a plan which is so high level it's impossible to say what it actually means, and when they try to explain what it means, it's clear that the organization doesn't and won't have the ability to make those things happen.

Pros

ASME is a conglomeration of a number of business units one one company, which provides for an environment that has a lot of opportunity for business growth.

Cons

The multiple business units need to find better ways to work together.
