They can't get out of their own way with their inability to change how they do things, which is bloated and slow and bureaucratic for no good reason. They add process for the sake of adding process. They try to change their business model, but it takes them multiple years to devise a plan which is so high level it's impossible to say what it actually means, and when they try to explain what it means, it's clear that the organization doesn't and won't have the ability to make those things happen.

Very slow organization in every aspect including making necessary management changes and implementing IT updates to essential, proprietary software used every day. HR does not listen to employee needs and doesn't apply changes from the feedback they do solicit and receive. Compensation is subpar and pay raises barely keep up with inflation (and at times haven't).
