Your made feel guilty for being off sick or take leave and then you come back to a mess causing you more stress because it's everyone for themselves.
Work load is extremely high.
Software that they use never works and slows down productivity.
They don't do any security checks or drug test when signing on and some of the thecnicians are questionable!
