Cons
Due to very rapid expansion and acquisitive nature of the business, market awareness is lagging. Business is split into 5 divisions, all working differently within the same markets, but carrying significantly different messages (often overlapping). As business expands ambitiously, managers and executives find themselves working in ambiguity quite often - not for the faint of heart.
