      Pros

      - Lots of young fun people to work with at the lower levels - No finger pointing - Lots of freedom to get your work done without being micromanaged - Good location, good work environment - Learn some neat and interesting project management techniques from Sweeden

      Cons

      - Multi-billion dollar corporation but constantly cutting cost and outsourcing everything that can be outsourced - Low pay - Benefits are not that good - Every year I have had fewer days off than the previous. Even you will become a cost savings! - Upper management fights tooth and nail to keep union pay and benefits to a minimum - Union layoffs as much as possible to keep profits high enough for shareholders

      Pros

      Very successful company with continuous business growth and high profitability. Very innovative company leading the industry with new products. A large international footprint.

      Cons

      A tradition of almost only hire senior roles externally meaning that there are very limited career opportunities. There are always restructuring programs going on meaning that jobs disappear. Very financially oriented company with a lot of pressure to report.

      Pros

      They have great benefits and ample time off, including 10 days between Christmas and New Year plus vacation time and all the regular holidays.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I can think of other than maybe a lack of a work from home schedule option for salaried employees.
