The worst work experience I have ever had. The turnover rate in my team alone was astonishing. The work environment was extremely toxic, workload unbearable, and no formal training. Responsibilities and procedures were constantly changing. Our manager had a tight knit group of employees she was previously friends with and brought into the company, that were showed favoritism and of course never left, but anyone outside of them were disposable and constantly leaving or being fired. They would bring the entire team in office for what they made seem like “team gatherings”, just to fire one team member. They did it multiple times while I was there, one time even calling all of the other team members into secret meetings to let them know that they were going to fire someone, and managers concocted a ridiculous secret plan to have everyone leave that area of the office before they fired them. The entire experience here was an unbelievable toxic cycle that honestly seems unreal to tell anyone. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Based on the reviews it’s mainly this Richardson, TX location.
