Pros

Great pay for the work and skill level Pay starts around $15.50 and goes up to $22.50 an hour before commissions. 6% 401k match $10 Fiber internet bill for any speed Half off ATT wireless service

Cons

Everyone at this company is in it for themselves, the managers will get you fired in a heartbeat if it benefits them. As a sales rep if you call tech support to assist in finalizing a sale there was technical issues with they will outright steal the sale. As a rep everything you do will be micromanaged. Customer comes in with a bill payment? If you speak to them you better offer to add a phone line, tablet line, watch line, find out who they have for TV and internet at home, try to sell those too, offer them home technology insurance, and demo them the TV or you are likely to get written up.

Pros

Good pay. Some good managers (level 3's) but you have to be lucky. Level 1's and 2's are mostly solid people. Once you get to level 4's and above, it's a crapshoot.

Cons

RTO implemented this year will force a lot of talent to make some tough decisions. Making people decide to move or separate in this economy while claiming to be about family is quite disingenuous. This will also lead to lower NPS scores (over time) due to the inability to retain enough quality people. It's a short-sighted strategy.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. My coworkers were great.

Cons

Lack of tools needed to do the job. Entire site 18 employees trying to use 2 hotspots. Couldn't access systems we were supposed to be administrating. Couldn't maintain connection during required TEAMS meetings. Didn't have the rights to make simple changes that were our responsibility. Next level support was under staffed and lacked training and had to be walked through a lot of basic tasks. Managements stated expectation was we don't go home just because it's 4:30, We work until the job is done. Worked 100's of hours of unpaid overtime. Responded to outages after hours, while out of town on vacation without compensation. Many employees worked during vacation days because of poor staffing. We were specifically told our employment wasn't tied to a contract. When the contract ended so did our employment.
