      Pros

      More good people work on floor than in most offices

      Cons

      They would rather keep people who call in most of the time and push their job on others, .Instead of keeping someone who has perfect attendance and Helps others catch up or has Certificates to prove they were interested in the Company. Too much favoritism . You shouldn't have to fight for a decent pay raise when its due. Nor be afraid of using the Benefits you pay, for fear of retaliation

      Worse place I ever worked. No policies followed except for certain people. Increases ate for certain people. Too much favortizm. They let go people for no reason and keep the lazy useless people. Open door sucks, they are all in the group together.
